During the UK's second lockdown we sent KIND digital vans across the country to send people personalised messages of kindness, helping bring a smile to their faces. Joining forces with the UK’s Mental Health Ambassador, Dr Alex George, to help raise awareness of how exercising kindness can impact both our mental health & the mental health of others.
